Who would have guessed that when they opened their doors in 2001 that the future would bring the family to the forefront. Real Estate is in their blood.

Debbie Hrabe moved with her four children to the Central Coast in 1997 and bought a home in Arroyo Grande the following year. Originally working inthe Village with a well-known real estate company, something was missing in the way transactions were being handled and homes being marketed. Opening Vintage Investment Properties allowed her to personalize and individualize the process. Marketing was expanded and focused on the individual seller and their individual property. This has proven to be a successful approach.

Debbie's father was a realtor in the San Fernando Valley when the family moved to California from Ohio. Many years later he relocated to Santa Maria and owned and managed a successful management company. Debbie's grandmother on her mother's side also worked in real estate.Three of Debbie's six siblings also were involved in real estate
one holds a broker license and two others also had real estate licenses.
It doesn't stop there!

Joan and Bob Diamond, Debbie's cousins, own and operate Diamond Realty & Property Management, LLC in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. What a beautiful retirement community! Debbie & family visited the Diamonds in October 2015. What a fun reunion. Of course, they had to look at properties.

Debbie's niece in Bishop, California has been a realtor in Bishop and Mammoth Lakes. A nephew that lives in Israel has a broker's license in the United States, is currently doing commercial loans. Debbie's son-in-law has taken all the
classes to get his license as has Debbie's daughter's boyfriend. Maybe they are future Vintage agents?
And now two of Debbie's children are real estate agents at Vintage.

James Hrabe worked for a local lender part time while he was attending Cuesta College. After many years he helped run the office learning all about preparing real estate loans. After 9 years he was ready for a change and began working as Debbie's assistant. In 2015 he became a licensed realtor. James is also a professional photographer and enjoys taking all the pictures for the homes and creating the virtual tours. James enjoys surfing,
camping, all the outdoors! Traveling has been his agenda the past 5 years and he has traveled to England, Norway,
Croatia, Italy, Thailand, Czech Republic, France, Switzerland, to name a few. June of 2016 the whole family spent 10 days in the Cook Islands.

James bought his first home when he was a mere 22 years old and is looking to help others find their first home. James loves the water and surfing
for that reason he specializes in beach properties
however, he loves the country too!

Sabrina Hrabe also obtained her license in 2015 after working as an assistant the year before, and is looking forward
to getting her broker's license. Prior to discovering her hidden passion, Sabrina graduated Summa Cum Laude
from Sonoma State University with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology. Once she returned to the Central Coast she realized that was home and naturally gravitated towards real estate since it was always an ongoing dinner table conversation!

Sabrina is a very accomplished equestrian and in 2008 was National Champion with her horse Hey Mandalay at
the Arabian Youth Nationals in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Running marathons, hiking, cycling, Sabrina, too
loves the outdoors. Sabrina loves working with all buyers and sellers, especially those pertaining to horse properties,
vacant land or homes on acreage.

Debbie Hrabe has almost 24 years of experience in real estate. Her first year of her career, she was awarded a trip to the Coldwell Banker Convention in Orlando, Florida. What a challenge when trying toalso raise 4 children! Making the transition to move from Thousand Oaks to the Central Coast in 1997, she not only sold real estate, but home-schooled all four of her children. Debbie has worked in all aspects of real estate sales, but her love is
the country and horse properties. Today her home is in Arroyo Grande
5 acres with all kinds of animals
Menageree
Farms. Debbie enjoys riding, gardening, listening to music, reading & spending time with her 3 grandchildren and the whole family!
Horses have played a huge role in this family's life. Debbie has been riding and training horses since she was a
young girl in Ohio and continued that career when she moved to California. Growing up in Hidden Hills she trained
and gave lessons to many of the people of that community. Horses helped put her through college where she received a degree in Child Development and a teaching credential K-12.

Sabrina Hrabe is a member and secretary for the Central Coast of California Arabian Horse Association. She is active in the horse community. James helps care for many horses in local boarding facilities and trainers. Both Sabrina and James have a pet sitting business where they care for all kinds of animals when owners are on vacation.

Another agent that works for Vintage is Sarah Diggs. Sarah, although not related by blood, is like family. Sarah was one of the original agents at Vintage and the family has watched her marry and grow her family. Sarah, too, lives in Arroyo Grande on acreage. Today she is not only active in all real estate sales, but in her teenage son and younger daughter's soccer teams, marching band, plays, golf and coaching teams too! Sarah is very experienced in all aspects of real estate and is an excellent realtor!

Vintage is welcoming Realtor-Associate, Helen Pratt, to the company this year in 2017. Helen has been a family friend for years and has decided to join our family. Helen has been a long time San Luis Obispo resident. Helen is a Cal Poly graduate in Animal Science. Helen's family has been involved in real estate as well. Rarely will you see Helen without her dogs. She loves hiking, camping, and traveling.
