The Dutchman’s experience is fresh and local. It starts with hand-selected fish delivered right to our dock. Sourced from our hard working local fishermen, we are proud to serve fish caught using sustainable fishing methods whenever possible. Served within hours of being pulled from the ocean, our seafood is prepared with big bold flavors, courtesy of our inventive head chef, David Sundeen.
