What is Gyrotonic? Gyrotonic methodology consists of an entirely new exercise system inspired by Eastern Traditions of yoga and tai chi, as well as western Elements of dance, gynmastics and swimming.

Using ergonomically designed equipment, the individual is guided to realign and strengthen in natural three-dimensional movement patterns. With minimal effort and directed breath, joints are opened, increasing range of motion and flexibility, while simultaneously stimulating and strengthening connective tissues surronding the spine.
