A Real Estate Visionary, Mondol has been involved in practically every facet of Ventura, Santa Barbara area real estate for decades, and in Ventura County is considered to be one of the industry's leaders.

Committed to integrity and a straightforward approach, he has made large contributions in the area through creating construction projects, financing, and sales of residential and commercial real estate for over twenty five years.

Along with developing custom residential properties and helping home buyers, architects and builders create dozens of dream homes
he also co-founded and operated for 24 years one of the areas largest real estate organizations, Pacific Rim Realtors which once included Pacific Rim Commercial, Hueneme Bay Realty, and SandDollar Funding Corp.
Mondol is also a well known and accomplished youth football and basketball coach who has coached in the AAU,PAL, and BCI for several years. He has brought much pride to the area, coaching his teams through hundreds of victories, including a Southern California Championship, back to back appearances in two National Final Four games, and one National Championship game. His success is evidenced by dozens of his past players now playing for college teams and in the pros, and by the many youth he helped create success for.

Along with being involved in countless real estate transactions, Mondol is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to ride horses, fish, hike, etc and has a high interest and knowledge for creating ‘Green Friendly” developments.
