Mountain Dog Musicworks is a full service recording facility located in the beautiful hills of Ojai Valley, California. We specialize in producing and collaborating with singers/songwriters who are in need of musicians and/or musical/technical guidance. We work with band album projects, singers, commercials for television and radio, live recording, audio mastering, audio books, and just about anything needing to be recorded. Owner Tim Frantz is a 36 year seasoned professional multi-instrumentalist (plays all guitars, bass guitar, keyboards, drums/percussion) and accomplished engineer/producer. He has toured with Artists “Bill Gaither Trio”, "Truth", and worked professionally with BJ Thomas, Steve Green, Dann Huff, members of Duran Duran, America,and the Commodores.
