Our retreats are:

Self Led (taking you through an existing retreat manual with audio and optional one-on-one coaching support),
Customized (where the retreat manual and audios are designed for you with one-on-one support provided throughout),

HOW YOUR RETREAT WORKS

Retreats take place in a location you choose such as your home
a hotel, resort, or vacation spot you select, or in Ojai, CA where we reside. In addition to designing your retreat we give you one on one support through Skype or face to face if you are in Ojai.

TYPES OF RETREATS:

RELAXATION RETREAT: This retreat helps you substantially bring down the stress level in your life. It is perfect for those who want a gentle retreat where they can decompress, center themselves and return to their outer lives restored and refreshed.

EMOTIONAL HEALING RETREAT: This retreat is perfect if you have undergone a difficult period of change and want to break free from the anger, pain, or other difficult emotional impacts. A wonderfully healing and restoring experience.

REVITALIZATION RETREAT: An energizing retreat that shows you how to regain your vitality, strength and overall feeling of joy for and appreciation of life. A retreat to take just for the fun of it!

VISIONING RETREAT: The perfect retreat if you are in transition and want to get a greater sense of your life purpose and/or discover how to live out that purpose more effectively in the world and in a more prosperous way.

MODALITIES: Every retreat helps you focus on restoring all levels of yourself: spiritual, personal, mental, emotional, and physical. In designing your retreat we draw from a variety of modalities that we have used for many years in our work with others. Modalities we use include: Meditation, visualization, affirmation, breath work, journaling, emotional healing techniques, counseling and coaching, yoga, art therapy, goal setting, visioning techniques, exercise therapy, nature therapy, books, music, and movies.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Additional services we may recommend for you that are not provided by us but can be added to your retreat may include: massage, detox support, outdoor activities, food recommendations and lodging choices. For those of you outside of Ojai we invite you to find providers of these services. For those of you visiting us in Ojai we will give you a list of providers in the area that can enhance your retreat. Additional fees above and beyond your retreat costs will apply.
